Chien-Ta Wu

Chien-Ta Wu, Ph. D. has extensive experience in data engineering and data science, currently serving as the Head of Data at Red Dot Payment since November 2020, where responsibilities include managing the Data Team and reporting to the CTO on various data projects. Prior to this role, Chien-Ta worked as a Senior Data Engineer and Data Scientist, focusing on legacy system reviews and data pipelines. Additional experience includes a position at mobilityX involving ride-hailing fare prediction and a role at the Industrial Technology Research Institute, where work centered on optimizing neural network performance for deep-learning accelerators. Chien-Ta began a career at NanoLambda, Inc., contributing to algorithm development for Visible Light Communication.
