Adam Watson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries, including education, technology, and finance. Some notable positions include Chief Technology Officer at RED Driver Training, Director of Technology at Higher Ed Partners, and Learning Systems Team Manager at Leeds Beckett University. Adam has also managed their own record label and worked as a Project Manager for the Department of Health and Social Care. Adam Watson has a diverse education history. Adam obtained an MSc Creative Technology degree from Leeds Beckett University from 2002 to 2003, where they studied IT, programming, and multi-media. Prior to that, they completed a BSc (Hons) Music Technology degree from Leeds Beckett University from 1999 to 2002, focusing on music, IT, and technology.
Before attending university, Adam studied at Keighley College from 1995 to 1997, where they completed a BTEC OND in Electronic and Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, they attended Bradford Grammar School from 1988 to 1995, where they achieved 8 GCSEs with grades C and above, including English and Maths, and also received a Grade 5 Music Theory qualification.
Adam has also obtained various certifications throughout their career. Some of these include the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce in March 2021. Adam also holds the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in August 2018, the Senior Fellow (SFHEA) certification from Advance HE in July 2016, and the TOGAF 9 Certified certification from The Open Group in April 2016. Among their certifications, Adam includes the PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation, and SOA Foundation certifications obtained in 2006, 2010, and 2010 respectively. Additionally, they have certifications in train the trainer, obtained in November 2007, and the ILM Level 2 Award Leadership & Team Skills obtained in June 2015.

We expect all our staff, instructors, partners and suppliers to behave in line with our core values of operating to a high standard in all that we do and always with the highest level of integrity" ________________________________________________________________________________________ Our Business Model We are one of the largest trainers of Driving Instructors in the UK and once qualified, they have the option to join our School as franchisees. Instructors benefit from centralised lesson booking backed by a national advertising programme. Customers learning to drive with RED get great instructors who follow a structured lesson programme designed to prepare them for their practical test. A key element of the programme is designed to impart safe driving skills for life. Customers can pre-pay either via our call centre or online thereby ensuring that their money is secure. The Instructors are paid by RED once each lesson is delivered. If for any reason a customer requests a refund for pre-paid lessons not yet taken, RED actions this and refunds the customer. The Driving Standards Agency believe that an average of 47 hours of professional tuition is now necessary to prepare a customer for the practical driving test.
