Seb Goldin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Seb started their career in the travel industry, where they held sales and marketing roles from 1991 to 1996. Seb then worked as a product manager at Zurich Financial Services from 1997 to 1999, followed by a position as the national sales manager at Hertz from 1999 to 2003. Goldin then joined Royal Mail as the partnership director from 2004 to 2007. Seb then held the role of managing director at the Institute of Advanced Motorists from 2007 to 2009, where they focused on generating revenue through driver training and risk management services. Goldin founded and served as the CEO of Business Driver from 2009 until it was acquired by the TTC Group in 2022. Seb then moved on to become the CEO of RED Driver Training in 2022. Additionally, Goldin served as the vice chairman at ADLV from 2021 to 2022.

Seb Goldin has a diverse education history that spans several decades. In 1976, they completed their A Levels at St Dunstan's, where they focused on O & A levels. After that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Geography Combined Honours from the University of Leeds, graduating in 1989.
