Currently serving as Pathfinder Senior Operations Consultant and Subject Matter Expert at Red Duke Strategies since December 2023, Beth previously held the role of Manager, Member Services at Brella Insurance from August 2020 to December 2023, contributing to supplemental health plans designed to alleviate financial burdens from health hardships. Prior to that, Beth worked at Accolade, Inc. from July 2014 to August 2020, progressing from Health Assistant to Operations Manager, where notable achievements included enhancing team productivity and implementing effective coaching strategies. Other earlier roles include Benefits Advisor at HealthMarkets, Executive Assistant positions at The Aquatic & Fitness Center and the National Association of Town Watch, as well as various supervisory and training responsibilities at Penn State University.
