Chris Platt

Chris Platt is currently the Principal Mechanical Engineer at RED Engineering Design, having previously served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer within the same company since 2022. They have diverse experience in mechanical engineering, including roles as a Mechanical Design & Applications Engineer at InfraNorth and as a Specialist Engineering Manager for the NHS. Chris holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Building Services from Northumbria University, which they completed in 2016. Their career began with an apprenticeship in engineering and has included various roles in both mechanical design and building services.
