Alberto Martínez Lacambra

Alberto Martínez Lacambra has a degree in Economics and Business Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and in Law from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC). He has extensive professional experience in financial and team management, within the public and private sectors, as well as in the national and international entrepreneurial world, in the fields of services and activities, always being closely linked to digital transformation.

Prior to his incorporation as General Director of Red.es, he was General Director of AGBAR in Catalonia and CEO of Aguas de Barcelona . He has also been CEO of Aquagest Services Company , a company that managed information systems and supply chain technologies for the group's companies.

In the public sphere, he has participated in the management of the Metropolitan Institute for Land Promotion and Asset Management (IMPSOL) and for 6 years, in environments focused on public finances, public transport and general services .

In the field of teaching, he has been a professor in the Department of Business Economics at the Autonomous University of Barcelona , in addition to participating in various seminars, conferences, masters and postgraduate courses. He has made publications in specialized magazines and in communication media related to housing, public finances and the water sector.
