Cathy Doust

Cathy Doust is currently serving as an HR Manager at Red Funnel Group since August 2018. Prior to this role, Cathy worked at West Dean College of Arts and Conservation as an HR Business Partner and HR Officer in the hospitality sector. Cathy also has experience as a Human Resources/Deputy Finance Officer at Oak Meadow Children's Centre and as a Human Resources Specialist at IBM. Cathy holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from the University of Portsmouth and a CIPD Foundation Certificate in HR Practice from City of Portsmouth College. Cathy's educational background includes A Level English from Fareham College and a BTEC National in Business Studies from South Downs College.
