Debbie Reed has been working at Red Funnel Group since April 2000, where Debbie currently holds the position of Human Resources Director. Prior to this role, Debbie served as an Interim HR Director and Human Resources Manager. Debbie previously worked as a Personnel and Training Officer at the company, where Debbie was responsible for recruitment and employee rewards. Before joining Red Funnel Group, Debbie worked at Hampshire County Council as an Assistant Personnel Officer. Debbie holds a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Essex and has furthered their education with a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management, an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth, and a Certificate in Occupational Testing from the British Psychology Society.
