Alex Petersen

Program Director at Red Fuse Communications

Alex Petersen began their work experience in 2009 as a Graphic Designer at Acme Global Industries, where they focused on creating quick and accurate designs for clients. They then worked at the Center for Print Production as a Digital Projects team member before joining Bender Inc. as a Digital Operations employee, where they were responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing the digital department.

In 2012, Alex worked as a Digital Program Coordinator at Nies Artcraft, managing digital programs. They also took on a role as a Digital Projects team member at the Center for Print Production during this time.

From 2012 to 2013, Alex worked as an IT Project Manager & Technical Business Analyst at Henry Wurst, Inc., where they planned and tracked IT development projects, collaborating with software engineers and business analysts.

In 2015, Alex became an Integration Specialist at Henry Wurst, Inc., and in 2016, they transitioned to the role of Senior Project Manager at Red Fuse Communications. In this position, they managed a wide range of digital projects, oversaw documentation, and handled global localization.

Alex then moved up to the role of Associate Program Director at Red Fuse Communications in 2022, where they continue to contribute their skills and expertise.

Alex Petersen attended the University of Central Missouri from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Graphic Arts Technology Management. Additionally, Alex obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2018.
