Sandy Tan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Currently, they are the Chief Digital and Data Officer at Red Fuse Communications, where they are responsible for driving Colgate-Palmolive's digital transformation agenda in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to this, they worked at PHD as the Managing Director of Performance, Data & Tech Integration, overseeing multiple teams and managing key clients such as Unilever and HP. Before PHD, they served as the Head of Digital at the "Digital Centre of Excellence" unit at Unilever, focusing on measurement, analytics, performance, and digital partnerships. Sandy also has experience at OMD Hong Kong as a Digital Business Director, Kinetic Worldwide as an Account Director, Mindshare as a Media Professional, Maxus as a Manager, and MediaCorp Pte Ltd as a Research & Planning Executive.

Sandy Tan began their education at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, where they pursued a Diploma in Business Studies from 1995 to 1998, with a focus on Marketing. Sandy then enrolled in the University of Strathclyde from 1999 to 2001, earning a B.A. Marketing Hons (2nd Upper) degree. Sandy's commitment to professional development is evident in their recent certification in Business Analytics: Decision Making Using Data, obtained from the University of Cambridge in November 2020.
