Mark N. V. Temnycky

Mark N. V. Temnycky is a Legislative Audit Lead at Red Gate Group since August 2024, and a Nonresident Fellow at the Atlantic Council's Eurasia Center since December 2021, specializing in Eurasian affairs and European energy security. Prior experience includes a series of positions at Aeyon from June 2018 to August 2024, culminating in roles as Congressional Audit Liaison and Senior Consultant. Mark held a Research Assistant position at Syracuse University's Slutzker Center for International Services and contributed to the RAND Corporation as a Research Assistant during a Graduate Capstone Project. Additionally, Mark interned at the United States Department of Defense, focusing on Europe and NATO policy, and served as a Parliamentary Aide for Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada, producing analytical reports on international relations. Mark holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Syracuse University, a Bachelor of Arts in History from Le Moyne College, and a Certificate in International Relations from Georgetown University.
