Kathy Benedict

Kathy Benedict has extensive experience in credit and collections, currently serving as a Credit Collections Supervisor at Red Gold since May 2017. In addition, Kathy has been a Customer Claims Dispute Manager at Firestone Building Products since July 2006, overseeing a team of seven and managing customer claims and credit requests. Previously, Kathy held the roles of Credit & Collections Manager and Senior Business Analyst at Firestone Building Products, where responsibilities included assessing financial conditions and credit risks for a $93 million portfolio. Earlier experience includes serving as Accounts Receivable Manager at Remy International from 1999 to 2005, managing a team of seven and overseeing the department's budget. Kathy holds an MBA from Anderson University (2004-2006) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Ball State University (1984-1989).
