Jodi Batten has over 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Jodi has held various roles such as National Sales & Marketing Director at Red Gold, where they focused on the education and government sectors. Before that, they owned their own company called School Foodservice/Sales & Marketing Solutions, LLC. Jodi has also worked at ConAgra Foods, International Home Foods, M&M Mars, Uncle Ben's Inc, Uncle Ben's/Masterfoods, Borden Pasta Company, and Appetizers And, Inc. Throughout their career, Jodi has gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management.

Jodi Batten, SNS pursued their undergraduate education from 1979 to 1983 at The University of Texas at Austin. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Psychology and Education. Their field of study specifically concentrated on K-8 certification.
