Christer Farr, MBA, CISSP has a proven track record in management and information technology spanning over 20 years. Christer began their career as a Kitchen Manager at Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon before transitioning into the field of IT. Christer worked as a Programmer Analyst for Metro Information Services, where they developed a Y2K plan and a MS Access database for Trigon Blue Cross Blue Shield. Following this, they joined Reliance Direct as a Programmer Analyst, where they maintained and developed an online automobile insurance quote system. Christer then worked as a Contract Programmer for Devon Consulting, providing enhancements to reporting mechanisms and custom financial reporting for SEI.

Christer'snext role was at Delaware Park Racetrack & Slots, where they held multiple positions over a span of 19 years. Christer served as Director of MIS, Manager of Application Development, Vice President of MIS, and ultimately Senior Vice President of Information Technology, Construction, and Purchasing. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the University of Phoenix as well, earning a BSIT degree in Information Technology between 2002 and 2005.
