Amy Seedhouse has worked in various roles since 2004. Amy began their career as an Assistant Manager at The Swan - Public House in 2004. In 2009, they became a Sales Assistant at McColl's Retail Group, where they were responsible for serving customers, stock taking, and cashing up their till. In 2011, they became a Client Support Executive at Red Industries and ERG - Environmental Resource Group, where they were responsible for providing unique opportunities for organisations to protect, develop, manage, and control their environmental risks. In 2013, they took on a second job as a Sales Assistant and Administrative Tasks at The Firs Club & Institute, where their duties included serving customers, cleaning glasses, changing barrels, stock rotation, money handling, and adding all members on the club into a computer database.

Amy Seedhouse has a diverse education history. Amy attended Chase Terrace High School from 1994 to 2000, and then Chase Terrace High School - 6th Form from 1998 to 2000. In 2014, they obtained an NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading from ILM and an Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in IT Application Specialist from the Federation for Industry Sector Skills and Standards. Amy also obtained an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services from Dudley College in 2017. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including an Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Team Leading from the Federation for Industry Sector Skills and Standards, a Level 1 Award in IT User Skills from OCR, a Level 2 Diploma in IT User Skills from OCR, a Functional Skills Qualification in Information and Communication Technology from City & Guilds, a Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Team Leading from the Institute of Leadership & Management, a Functional Skills Qualification in English from City & Guilds, a Level 2 Certificate I. Team Leading Principles from EDI, a Functional Skills Qualification in Mathematics from City & Guilds, a Waste Duty of Care - Awareness Course from Blendcheck, and a Licensing Act 2003 - Personal Licence from Lichfield District Council.
