Shelby Broadbent

Shelby Broadbent is a dedicated professional with a background in talent acquisition and design consulting. Currently serving as a Talent Associate at Red Iron Group since February 2023, Shelby has previously held positions as a Design Advisor at Serena & Lily and a Consultant and Research Analyst at Lancor. Early career experiences include an internship as a Financial Advisor at Foresters Financial Services and a Research Intern role at Lancor, in addition to an Accounting & Finance Internship at Weston Inc. Shelby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky, complemented by foundational education at Gilmour Academy.
