Cindy L.

Cindy L. has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Cindy began their career as an Income Auditor at Hyatt Regency Minneapolis in 2008, where they audited food and beverage receipts and implemented changes for productivity and savings. Cindy then transitioned to Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2009, where they served as a Hotel Accounting Transition Lead, training associates on back-of-house systems.

In 2010, Cindy joined Andaz 5th Avenue by Hyatt Hotels as an Assistant Director of Finance, working with ownership to create a successful flagship opening for the Andaz brand and ensuring compliance. Cindy continued in a similar role at Park Hyatt New York from 2014 to 2018, building relationships with different departments and implementing procedures for luxury clients while remaining SOX compliant.

Cindy's career progressed to Finance Operations Director at Hyatt Regency Seattle from 2018 to 2020, where they worked on the pre-opening team and established procedures aligned with the size of the property and company standards. Cindy also trained various departments to be SOX compliant.

From 2020 to 2022, Cindy served as Director of Finance at Carmel Valley Ranch, overseeing financial operations. Cindy then joined Red Jacket Resorts in 2023 as an Area Director of Finance, a role they currently hold. Cindy also became an Area Director of Finance at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club in 2023.

Cindy L. attended Minnesota State University Moorhead from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies with an emphasis in Business.
