Elena “Lili” Radu

Elena “Lili” Radu has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Project Manager, Consultant, etc. at Rabobank ICT in 1999. Elena “Lili” then moved on to UMC Utrecht in 2005, where they worked as an Informatiemanager. In 2007, they became the Manager ICT at NS Travel, and in 2008, they took on the roles of Manager Test a.i. at Randstad HR Solutions and Program Manager CRM at NS International. In 2010, they were the CIO at Altrecht, and in 2017, they became the Manager Competence Center Automotive at Pon Automotive. Currently, they are the Owner of Ellira and the COO of Red Kubes.

Elena “Lili” Radu attended the University of Amsterdam from 1998 to 2002, where they studied Law. Elena “Lili” then went to Open Universiteit from 2004 to 2010, where they studied Psychology. Lastly, they attended LOI University from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued an MBA.
