Erica Gale

Erica Rutt Gale is currently the Principal & Co-President at Red Lantern Strategy. Prior to that, Erica was the Owner of Erica Rutt and Associates and Vice President, Partner at Insight Research Group. With a background in Developmental Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Erica has also held various research and planning roles at companies such as MTV Networks and Nickelodeon.
