Lana Shaman

Lana Shaman has been working in the Human Resources field since 2004. Lana began their career at Ford Motor Company as a Human Resource specialist. In 2006, they moved to ACN as an HR Generalist. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Human Resources Manager at Heartland Healthcare Services. From 2010 to 2020, they were the Human Resources Manager at M. Currently, they are the Human Resources Manager at Red Level. Her duties include supporting the Human Resource functions, recruiting and selection, maintaining employee files, benefit administration, developing and implementing orientation/on-boarding and exit/off-boarding processes, updating and maintaining human resource materials, and aiding in other human resource administrative duties.

Lana Shaman attended Wayne State University from 1999 to 2004.
