Rachel Flotard is an accomplished artist manager at Red Light Management since April 2015, overseeing notable artists such as Neko Case and The Gits. In addition, Rachel is the founder of Local 638 Records, established in 2000, which focuses on promoting the band Visqueen. Rachel has a background as a musician, excelling as a songwriter and vocalist. Previous experience includes a role as Director of Operations at Fretboard Journal from 2011 to 2014, where responsibilities encompassed marketing, advertising, content production, public relations, artist relations, and event production. Earlier in Rachel's career, work as a Regional Advertising Executive at The Stranger from 1999 to 2002 involved music advertising sales, copywriting, and art direction.
