Rocky R. Twitchell

Rocky R. Twitchell is a seasoned self-defense instructor and advisor with extensive experience in martial arts and community service. Currently serving as a Self Defense Instructor at COLDCASETEAM.COM and a Team Advisor for Team Froglogic, Rocky also contributes as a community volunteer for Veterans For Child Rescue. With a long-standing career at Black Out Fight Gear INC as a Top Sales Associate and various educational roles, including a former UC Davis Police Self Defense Instructor, Rocky has been actively involved in teaching disciplines like Muay Thai and Pencak Silat. Inducted into the Masters Hall of Fame in 2015, Rocky continues to enhance skills and knowledge through ongoing education in boxing and martial arts.
