Barbara Pruitt has extensive experience in logistics and strategic sourcing, currently serving as Manager of Distribution and Logistics at Red Lobster since December 2019. Barbara has held multiple roles at Red Lobster, including Manager of Strategic Sourcing and Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist. Prior to joining Red Lobster, Barbara worked at Fresh Express as a Transportation Planner and at RotarySwing Golf as a Logistics Specialist. Barbara's career began at Universal Creative, where Barbara was a Senior Project Accountant from March 1994 to November 1999. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from Belmont University.
