Fernanda F. C. Vambersy

Fernanda F. C. Vambersy boasts extensive experience in quality management and food safety, currently serving as the Sr. Manager for Total Quality & Food Safety at Red Lobster, with a focus on distribution, commodities, and produce since July 2023. As the Head of Quality & Sustainability at FeVale Food Safety & ESG Consulting LLC, Fernanda supervises five distribution centers for Martin Brower US, implementing effective strategies to reduce non-conformities. Previously, roles at Martin Brower Brazil included Quality and Sustainability Supervisor, where Fernanda successfully achieved high certification standards and improved audit performance. Earlier experiences included positions at DHL, enhancing quality management processes, and at Dr. Oetker, where product analysis significantly reduced customer complaints.
