Heather Timm, MBA has extensive experience in marketing and brand management. Heather started their career at The Capital Grille as a Sales and Marketing Manager, where they worked from 2000 to 2006. Heather then joined Neiman Marcus as a Public Relations Manager from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, Heather returned to The Capital Grille and Eddie V's as a Manager, National Field Marketing and Sales. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Director of National Field Marketing & Sales, Strategic Partnerships for five different brands within Darden, including The Capital Grille and Eddie V's. Heather then held the position of Brand Marketing for Eddie V’s Prime Seafood and The Capital Grille, focusing on end-to-end brand management and performance measurement from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they became the Director of Brand Marketing and Sales - Luxury Brands, overseeing brand strategies, marketing plans, and creative assets for three luxury brands totaling 100 units and $750 million in annual revenue at Darden. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Marketing at Red Lobster since 2023. Heather has a strong track record of driving revenue, improving customer satisfaction, and developing strategic partnerships.
Heather Timm, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Psychology, Magna Cum Laude, from Wingate University.
