Jeff Matray has over 15 years of experience in marketing and brand management. Jeff started their career at Red Lobster in 2005 as a Specialist in Marketing Services and worked their way up to positions such as Assistant Brand Manager, Associate Brand Manager, and Senior Brand Manager, Advertising. During their time at Red Lobster, they led various marketing initiatives, including the development of national promotions and new product launches. Jeff also managed budgets, creative agencies, and media planning. In 2014, Matray joined Darden as a Brand Manager, where they continued to excel in driving innovative marketing strategies and exceeding goals. Jeff eventually returned to Red Lobster in 2019 as the Director of Marketing and, later, as the Vice President of Marketing. In these roles, they oversaw the overall marketing, customer experience, and guest relations teams, directly reporting to the CEO. Matray's leadership and expertise have consistently delivered successful advertising campaigns and brand messaging integrations, contributing to the growth and profitability of the companies they have served.
Jeff Matray earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the UCF College of Business in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the same institution in 2003.
