Dr. Suzanne Bentz, D.O. is the founder and Chief Medical Officer of Red Mountain Weight Loss, which they started in 2011. Dr. Suzanne oversees the largest medical weight loss practice in the region, focusing on providing safe and lasting solutions to medical and aesthetic concerns. Prior to that, they were the owner and Medical Director of Red Mountain Family Medicine, where they specialized in primary care and treated various conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Dr. Suzanne held this position from 1995 until 2011.

Dr. Suzanne Bentz, D.O. obtained their Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine/Osteopathy from the University of North Texas, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Clinical Nutrition from Texas Christian University, completing their studies from 1980 to 1984.

Dr. Suzanne holds additional certifications, including being an Osteopathic Physician licensed by the Medical Board of California since 2010, the Arizona State Medical Board since May 1994, and the TexasX Medical Board since November 1992. Dr. Bentz also has certifications as a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine and a Fellow of The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).
