Tasha Hayden, MSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management and process optimization within the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Red Nucleus since May 2020, Tasha specializes in designing and implementing knowledge management strategies and training consultants on best practices. Previously, Tasha held roles as Associate Director at IQVIA and QuintilesIMS, where responsibilities included leading global process improvement initiatives and bridging operational and technology teams to enhance productivity. Tasha's career began at Quintiles Inc., focusing on knowledge management technologies and site start-up activities.
