Jonathan Lawson

Jonathan Lawson has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries.

Jonathan started their career at Sealand as a Report Analyst Manager, where they provided tracking and measurement reports for senior management.

Jonathan then worked at Stream Global Services as a Technical Trainer and Supervisor, training new employees on Windows systems and troubleshooting skills.

After that, they joined Telvista as a Call Center Supervisor, responsible for monitoring team performance, delivering productivity, and managing pre-sales and post-sales support teams.

Jonathan then transitioned to MEC Property Management Corporation as a Project Manager, where they managed projects related to industrial painting, cleaning services, and restoration services.

Jonathan then joined Accenture as a Program Lead and Vendor Manager, where they maintained positive relationships with clients and outsourced vendors and managed international centers with over 600 agents.

Jonathan later worked at Telvista again, this time as a Client Services Manager and a Client Care Executive, responsible for expanding relationships with Fortune 500 telecom clients and negotiating growth and revenue increases.

At Direct Energy, Jonathan served as a Sr. Vendor Manager, managing vendor centers and developing client/vendor partnerships to enhance customer experience.

As an Independent Contractor, they provided consulting services for implementing network solutions, access control systems, and audio/video surveillance systems.

Jonathan then joined AT&T as a Field Service Technician, where they conducted training, sales, and installation management for lab environments, NOC/desktop support, and last mile coordination.

Currently, Jonathan is working at Red One Network Solutions as a Service Delivery Manager, overseeing logistics, managing teams, and providing network and security solutions for commercial and industrial applications.

Jonathan Lawson attended APTC of Carlsbad, CA in 2016 and is currently pursuing a degree in Telecommunications Technology/Technician.
