Karan Rai

Karan Rai has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Karan is currently a Member of the Forbes Technology Council and has been since June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Product & Technology Officer at Ennoventure Inc. starting in October 2022. Karan has also worked as an Investor at Serelay since October 2017.

In addition, Karan has founded and led multiple companies, including Launch Ventures, which aims to accelerate the launch and growth of technology-enabled initiatives, and Red Panda Innovation Labs, a team of highly skilled engineers focused on building high-quality software products. Karan has also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Alpha Coach, where they played a key role in building and scaling their flagship product.

Karan has also held positions at Interactive Pharma Solutions as a Technical Specialist, at Planet Superheroes as a Co-Founder of India's first and largest online store for superhero and comic merchandise, and at KOKO Networks where they served as the Head of Software Engineering for KOKO Labs and later as the Chief Product Officer. At KOKO Networks, they built and led engineering and product teams, and oversaw the development and implementation of various software products.

Earlier in their career, Karan worked in UK M&A at Societe Generale in 2010-2011.

Karan Rai has an MBA in Finance from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, which they obtained from 2008 to 2009. Karan also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they earned between 2001 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Class 12 education in Science at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 1999 to 2001.
