Joe Frazier

Joe Frazier has extensive experience in commercial lending and sales, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Commercial Fleet Sales representative at Red River Chevrolet since July 2016, Frazier also held the role of Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at Citizens Bank & Trust from August 2015 to July 2016. Prior to that, Frazier was a Commercial Fleet Consultant at Red River from 2002 to 2015 and served as Vice President-Commercial at First Louisiana Bank from 2000 to 2001. Additional roles include positions at Premier Bank/Bank One as Assistant VP and Vice President, focusing on business and commercial lending, and Vice President of Commercial Banking at Central Bank. Frazier earned a B.S. in Life Sciences from Louisiana Tech University between 1976 and 1981.
