Michael Sang

Michael Sang currently serves as VP Finance and Treasurer at Red River, an IT solutions provider under Cerberus Capital, since 2024. Prior roles include Director of Strategic Finance at CAE from 2020 to 2023, where responsibilities spanned Finance Operations & Reporting and Business Development & Growth Initiatives. Sang has also held directorial positions in Corporate Strategy & Analytics at L3Harris Technologies, Corporate Finance and Merger Integration at Johnson Controls, and various roles in Equity Research at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. Early career experience includes a Senior Associate role in Assurance at PwC. Michael Sang holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University and graduated from The Bronx High School of Science.
