Allen Pitts is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Red Robin since March 2017, previous experience includes overseeing operations at eight Chili's locations with significant annual sales and a large team, and successfully directing multiple restaurants at Steak and Ale/Metromedia Restaurant Corp.
