Phyllis Rosello Mercurio is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Operating Partner at Round Robin, LLC, a franchise partner of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Phyllis manages successful restaurants across Massachusetts and Connecticut, fostering a dedicated team focused on guest satisfaction. Previously, Phyllis held various leadership roles at Burger King Corporation from March 1979 to April 2002, culminating in the position of Vice President for US Company Restaurants, where Phyllis had total operational responsibility for restaurants generating $600 million in sales and managed a vast team supporting over 2,000 restaurant managers and 15,000 crew members. Additional roles included Regional Vice President for the Western and Northeast Regions and Director of Company Operations for New England.
