Mike Sheldon

Mike Sheldon is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software architecture, development, and company founding. Currently serving as Founder and CTO at Red Rover since January 2020, Mike focuses on simplifying absence management through intuitive systems. As a Business Partner at Ugmonk since August 2008, Mike has contributed to various ventures. Previously, Mike held the position of CTO at Propel Software Solutions and made significant impacts as Software Architect at Frontline Education, where leadership in architecture facilitated the company’s growth to a $1B+ valuation. Mike also possesses experience in microservice architecture and DevOps culture, driving collaboration across teams and departments to address customer needs and improve product delivery. Early career experience includes a developer internship at QVC, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Drexel University.
