David Van Etten

David A. Van Etten is a Senior Technical Designer at Red Storm Entertainment since April 2022, contributing to the development of Tom Clancy's The Division Heartland. Previously, David held the position of Technical Game Designer at Iron Galaxy Studios from July 2015 to April 2022. Additionally, David served as a Level Design Instructor at Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy from October 2017 to December 2021, teaching an introductory graduate course in level design with a focus on Unreal Engine 4. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Game Designer (Student) at Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy, where David led an 11-person student project over nine months. David holds a Master of Science in Interactive Entertainment from Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy and the University of Central Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh.
