William Peng

William Peng is the Co-Founder & CEO of Northstar, a comprehensive financial wellness and benefits platform. William is also a General Partner at Red Swan Ventures, which invests in extraordinary founders and has a diverse portfolio. Prior to their current roles, William worked as a Senior Associate at Raptor Capital Management, a Product Designer at Hot Potato, and an Analyst at RRE Ventures. William also interned at BDMI - Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments. William graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering.
