Julie Vrachni

Julie Vrachni is a seasoned professional in organizational development and culture change, currently serving as a Culture Shaping Specialist at Red Tree Partnership since January 2016, focusing on enhancing cultural success in startup and fast-growing businesses. Previously, Vrachni held the position of Head of People & Culture at eLearningIndustry from February 2019 to February 2025. At GlaxoSmithKline, from March 2006 to September 2012, Vrachni designed and implemented one of the company's ambitious organizational development and culture change projects in Europe. With a background as a Manager in Advisory Services at Deloitte from 1999 to 2006, Vrachni specialized in strategy, business planning, and organizational development. Educational achievements include a degree from IMD in Changing Employee Behaviour (2019), an MBA from Alba Graduate Business School (1996-1998), and a BA and MSc in Agricultural Economics from the Agricultural University of Athens (1987-1992).
