Ricky Carlton

Ricky Carlton is a seasoned professional in product design and development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Product Design at Red Ventures since June 2019, Ricky has previously held positions including Design Manager and Senior Product Designer at the same company. Prior to Red Ventures, Ricky worked at Launch That as Web Development Manager and Design & Development Lead, focusing on front-end design and development. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Sr. Graphic Artist at DiSTI, leading a team in creating graphic and 3D model assets, as well as roles at NAVAIR where Ricky worked as a Media Artist and intern. Ricky holds a BA in Digital Media: Visual Language from the University of Central Florida, awarded in 2009.
