Shannon McFayden

Shannon McFayden is a Leadership Advisor at Red Ventures. Shannon has also served as the Chief Diversity Officer and Leadership Advisor at Red Ventures, and as the Senior Executive Vice President, Head of Human Resources & Corporate Relations at Wachovia, A Wells Fargo Company. Shannon has also been self-employed as a Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach, providing executive coaching and consultation on leadership, talent management, communication and organizational culture for a variety of industries and organizations. Shannon began their career as a Human Resources Executive at First Union in 1982.

Shannon McFayden has a BA in Psychology from Davidson College.
