Bryan Soper

Bryan Soper serves as the CEO of Red Wing Family YMCA since October 2021 and has an extensive career in various leadership roles within the YMCA organization since May 1999. Soper's notable positions include Vice President of Operations for Valley of the Sun YMCA, Vice President of Healthy Living for YMCA of South Alabama, Executive Director for YMCA of the North, Operations Executive for YMCA of Middle Tennessee, and Program Director for Eau Claire YMCA. Soper holds a Bachelor's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
