Joel Watson

Joel Watson is an accomplished supply chain executive with extensive experience in operational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Red Wing Shoe Co. since August 2020, Joel previously held the role of Director of Operations at Red Wing Shoe Company from June 2017 to July 2020. Prior to this, Joel was the Plant Manager at Mueller Co. from December 2015 to June 2018 and at Pentair Valves & Controls from November 2010 to December 2015. Earlier career experience includes the position of Operations Manager at Tyco Fire & Building Products from 2007 to 2010. Joel holds a degree from Tennessee Technological University.
