Marcy Watzl

Marcy Watzl, MBA, is an experienced professional in talent management and learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Talent at Red Wing Shoe Co. since 2012, where Marcy drives the vision and strategy for future talent initiatives, overseeing various people initiatives.
