Sarah Erickson

Sarah Erickson is an experienced legal professional who has held various senior leadership positions, including Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Red Wing Shoe Co., where Sarah oversees the global legal function. Sarah also currently serves on the board of directors for multiple companies. Prior to their current role, Sarah worked at Capital Safety as General Counsel and at Ecolab Inc. in various legal positions, including Associate General Counsel. Sarah holds a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. in political science and history from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
