Stephen O'Dea

Stephen O'Dea has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the technology industry. Stephen currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Red 6, where they are responsible for developing an advanced outdoor augmented reality system for military training. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon as the GM and Head of Engineering, Product, and Tech for Amazon Dash Carts, leading a cross-functional organization and overseeing R&D, product development, and manufacturing. Stephen also held positions at iRobot, where they served as the Senior Director of Engineering, Director of Advanced Development, and Senior Program Manager, leading innovation and development efforts for consumer robotics. Before that, they worked at Dell EMC as an Engineering Manager, overseeing the development of server, networking, and power supply products, and as a Senior Product Development Engineer and Evaluation Engineer, managing the design and qualification processes for new products.

Stephen O'Dea holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Strategy and Business Analysis from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Stephen also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
