Gemma Coote has over a decade of experience in management and administration roles, currently serving as Office Manager and Yard and Training Coordinator at Red7Marine since April 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing staff training, managing accommodation, and supporting yard operations. Prior to this position, Gemma held the role of Yard and Training Administrator and Assistant Manager at Specsavers from June 2008 to April 2019.
