Connie Boswell PMP

Connie Boswell PMP has over 20 years of experience in project management and IT service delivery. Connie is currently working as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Red8 since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Virtual Service Operations from January 2020 to December 2020.

From 2017 to 2019, Connie served as a Senior Project Manager at Xceed Group/xTECH360. During their tenure at IBM from 2006 to 2016, they held various roles including IT Service Delivery & Program Manager, Request for Service (RFS) Focal – Complex Engagements, Business Unit Relationship Manager (BURM), Request for Service (RFS) Manager, and End User Services Team Lead.

Before joining IBM, they worked at Gap Inc./Gap from 2002 to 2006 as a Test Environment Manager and at Gap Inc. from 2000 to 2002 as a Lead IT Project Manager. Connie also worked at Gap Inc./Gap from 1998 to 2000 as a Lead Systems Analyst.

Throughout their career, Connie has demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end service delivery, program management, project delivery, customer relationship management, and problem escalation/crisis resolution. Connie has also been responsible for managing technical project portfolios, developing service catalogs, and conducting training for executive and end-user communities.

Connie Boswell PMP has a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security from Champlain College, which they obtained in 2017. Connie also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, they have completed coursework in IT Management at Notre Dame de Namur University and College of San Mateo, as well as obtaining a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Technology Management coursework from Notre Dame de Namur University. Connie has obtained several certifications, including PMP from PMI in December 2012, ITIL Foundation from ITIL in August 2004, and Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in October 2018.
