Morgan Thomas

Morgan Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They are currently working as the Chief of Staff at Redactable® since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Tampa Bay Wave from December 2021 to May 2023, where their roles included Startup Operations and Events Coordinator, responsible for coordinating events and improving processes, and Accelerator Operations Intern, assisting with organizing sessions and managing events.

Before joining Tampa Bay Wave, Morgan worked at American Signature Inc. as an Assistant Merchant - Web from June 2019 to July 2021, where they partnered with vendors, managed product catalogs, and onboarded new vendors. They also worked as a Merchandise Coordinator from March 2019 to June 2019, responsible for sales analysis, vendor communication, and improving customer experience through audits.

Alongside their professional roles, Morgan has also gained coaching experience. They worked as a 14 National Assistant Coach at Advancement Academy from October 2019 to March 2020, training middle school athletes in indoor volleyball. They also served as a Scarlet (A Team) Assistant Coach at Ohio State Women's Club Volleyball from September 2019 to March 2020, coaching collegiate student-athletes in NCVF sanctioned events. Prior to that, they worked as a 15 National Assistant Coach at TCA Ohio from November 2016 to May 2019, providing training and mentoring to athletes of all ages in indoor and beach volleyball.

Additionally, Morgan has interned at ZenGenius Inc. as an Event Merchandising Intern from September 2018 to March 2019, assisting with event planning and display design. They also worked at Abercrombie & Fitch as a Brand Representative from May 2018 to October 2018, responsible for product display and store layout. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Visual Merchandising and Marketing Intern at RG Barry from May 2018 to September 2018, assisting with display creation and marketing materials.

Before entering their professional career, Morgan interned at Panda Promotions Inc. as a Promotional Intern from August 2017 to May 2018, where they completed tasks such as order check, artwork design, and social media marketing.

Overall, Morgan Thomas has a diverse background encompassing roles in operations, events coordination, coaching, merchandising, marketing, and promotions.

Morgan Thomas completed their Bachelor's degree in Business at Baldwin Wallace University from 2015 to 2016. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fashion and Retail Studies at The Ohio State University from 2016 to 2019. Morgan then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Global Sustainability - Entrepreneurship at the University of South Florida from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Morgan obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in December 2021.
