Mira Kamp

Mira Kamp is an investment manager at Redalpine. Prior to joining Redalpine, they were an associate at JOIN Capital from January 2021 to December 2021, an analyst from January 2019 to December 2020, and a visiting analyst from August 2018 to December 2018.

Before JOIN Capital, Kamp worked at Startup Mannheim as business development for the startup accelerator and corporate innovation from April 2018 to July 2018. Mira also worked at Deloitte Consulting as a consultant at the Deloitte Garage from January 2018 to March 2018, where they co-developed a concept for a new platform-based business model for Deloitte.

Kamp began their professional career at Unify, where they worked as a junior commercial manager for finance and operations from October 2014 to August 2016. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring, controlling, and updating the financials of a large-scale public project and providing commercial support and guidance to the project core team. Mira also led commercial discussions and negotiations with high-revenue customers, drafted contracts, evaluated contract terms, and identified areas of potential risks. Kamp was also responsible for streamlining the invoicing and accounts receivables processes to reduce major client overdue invoices and drive efficiencies around invoicing timelines.

Mira Kamp completed a Mannheim Master of Management - MSc in Management at Universität Mannheim. Mira also did an exchange semester at College of Management Mahidol University. For their Bachelor of Arts - BA, they studied International Management at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management. Mira has a Chamber of Commerce and Industry Certificate: Industrial Management Assistant from Siemens Professional Education. Mira also did an exchange program at Tomball High School. Mira is certified in Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki and in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Università Bocconi.
