Charlie Gerwe is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the energy efficiency and data solutions sectors. Currently serving as the Real Estate & Data Solutions Sales Leader at Redaptive, Inc. since May 2021, Charlie manages the Data Solutions Software BD/Sales/Renewals Division. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Solutions Sales Executive at Redaptive, where the focus was on deploying energy efficiency technologies, and as National Sales Manager at LITELUME. Charlie also held the position of Industrial Account Manager at Rexel USA, successfully managing and growing customer accounts across various markets, and held multiple sales roles at North Coast Electric. Charlie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business.
